    About Colleen McCubbin

    Colleen is a seasoned author, publisher, and passionate advocate for writers, with numerous articles, over 50 books, and two music CDs in her award-winning portfolio.

    After nearly 30 years of working in higher education, including 5 years as a professor and 10 years as a university bookstore manager, she transitioned to full-time publishing in 2020 with Siretona Creative, the company she founded in 2006.

    Passionate about supporting authors, Colleen created a collaborative coaching program and publishing system. She also founded The Book Hatchery, an author community designed to help writers find their unique place in the world of books and readers. Colleen’s mission is to equip authors with the tools and insights they need to succeed in the competitive publishing industry.
